    That question I can not help you with atm. A developer may be able to find out for you. The best I can say to do is google the info for real aion respawn time. I tried to google it but didn't come up with anything. You might find what I couldn't

    If this follows standard Aion and/or the current Aion Private server standard then it should be that Commander Bakarma will appear only after players have defeated all the sub bosses: Instructor Afrane, Beautiful Lakshmi, Kind Saraswati, and Commander Nimbarka

    There really should not be a respawn timer.

    Respawn time on Bakarma? I've no idea what you're talking about. You just need to reset Draupnir Cave after killing him.

    You don't have to kill anything on this server. Just run through and he's at the end. GL if you're farming the spear though - we've killed him 50+ times and he's never dropped.
