Server problem

Hi guys i am new here and after i followed step by step the download guide on your site i face a problem....when i start the gamez aion launcher i start the game normally..then i log in normally again but when i choose a server from the east one or the west one then it stucks there....i have tried to run it as administrator and also i have done restart and restart again and again for over 15 times from yesterday..i also choosed a different server and not the recommended one, but nothing, i tried to wait about 15 minutes every time...and the second time i tried a let it about 40 minutes...i don't know what to do...i searched a little in the forum(not too much)but didn't find something like that...could you please help me?

 

Sounds like you're using a 2.6 client, GamezAion is currently using 2.5.0.x so you'll need to downgrade.
