    This suggestion has been ripped off a guy's ban appeal. Basically,
    - One is required to be logged into his account to vote
    - He votes for his account, and not a character. The kinah received goes into the account's account warehouse for the respective server (Siel/Lumiel), depending on the choice of the person voting.

    To my point of view, that makes voting easier in any way. To the player (you can no longer type "Flarest" instead of "Flarestorm" as your IGN, in which way you vote for someone else's account -.-) and to the coders (removes an useless check such as a character belonging to a certain account - "In what account should I add those 10 credits to?").

    As a part of the ban appeal, he mentioned that someone might use a proxy to vote for someone else's account, getting him detected by Carl's system, although the account's owner isn't actually the one voting :\. My suggestion will prevent this.

    Sounds like a great suggestion, i may be new but vote system linked to the account and not per character sounds like a better idea to me lol.

    about the ban detection abuse, the ban system doesn't go around banning a bunch of accounts under the same ip, they are many other checks involved both ingame and on the website
