    Yea it works but you have only 30% chance of actually evading,and since most of the people in gamez are well geared,their weapons have huge accuracy so pretty much useless-

    right. full abg gear could give glad about 2.1 acc and for a sin socketing evasion would be a huge sacrifice. which leads me to rather lock my enemy than evade at all.

    blind is the key :)
