Trouble with my ABG Sword!

Hey is there any problem with this server?
When i was 50 level, cary panda jerkin, i found Elder and equip them. After 3 days my aion crash and my Elder has been removed and Panda was back on me.
After 3 days i spend my Vote points for ABG Sword, and playing with it three days. Today i log in and bad luck for me.
ABG has been removed. No abg here no abg nowhere. I take some PRT SCRN and i am ...confuse

This is not a joke, i have a problem and i lost my ABG Sword!
I don`t sharing my account if you are asking for this. Something is wrong after rebooting and some data is lost for me ofcource!

history that you bought abg sword @ vote shop might help...

 

After 3 days you were able to get an ABG Sword?
Voting for an ABG item should Take you about 20 or more.

Ofcourse if you donated thats another story.
But yes it would help alot if you provided a screenshot of your purchase history.

I voting 20 day to get ABG, not 3 days voting. Three days i was lucky man with my ABG Sword. GM told to me Screen shot ..... i don`t know what to do...and

 

I was talking with this player in game about this issue.

Asked him to provide proof that he had the sword on his character in the first place.
The first screenshot provided, does not show a character name.

If you can get proof that one You purchased the item. Two had said item on your character.
Then someone will look into the matter. As I told you in game.

We need the proof of you having the item in the first place on your character.
This is still not a garentee that you will get your item back, but it is at least hope that you will.

So, please provide the following.
1) Screenshot of your Credit Shop History (Click History on the Credit Shop after going into Add Item Link / Server / Char Select)
2) Screenshot of you having the ABG Item on your character.
3) Preferably a screenshot of your other characters on the character login screen, as they will be looked at to make sure the item is not being hidden.

Those things and someone should be able to help you, either way.

2) I haven`t a picture of my ABG sword because I'm not supposed to have problems. Who shot the subject like that ????

And now who can predict troubles? Why i have to take a screen shot on my ABG when i getting? Is this hidden rule?

 

Nono, your screenshots provide enough proof that you had an ABG sword and a gm just needs to scan your account...then you can get your sword back. I was pointing out to the amt to check the url on the first ss because they failed to see it, it has character name and server in it. Enough proof.

 

I am still waiting , i have realy realy bad luck. But i hope to happy end .
