Banned appeal for my friend :(

Hello To all <AM and Staffs>
and Good day..
im just helping my friend to solved his problem coz.
he cant log in for 1month he didnt know wats the reason why..
then now weve read the new ban system.. theres no reason existence with no proof.
why he got banned..
pls help us to resolve this problem..
or pls tell us wats the reason why.. thankzz a lot to all<AM & staffs>

he most likely got banned for multivoting by the admin

 

T_T how could it be multivoting?? as i know we can only vote twice every 24 hours?? by the way thankz for the reply.. hope my friend can play again with his char...

 

Well there always players who know how to cheat the vote system im happy we got a knew system tho so it will be harder for them ^^ anyways GL

As I understand the new Ban System, and the New Ban Appeal system.

The bans that were processed PRIOR to the launch of the new system were not archived into the new one.
Therefore it will not show the information pertaining to the ban though the current system.

If your friend was banned for 'no reason' it would under most circumstances, be for multi-voting as untouched said previously.
They wouldn't post a reason why, just lock the account.

Sorry for any confusion the new ban system / appeal system may have caused you.

 

then what will happend to my friend account? it couldn't be unbanned?
all he just want is to play again with your very good game..

Is this the right section? I can't tell if this is a Ban Appeal or not. Sounds more like you're asking why he was banned, but anyway...

Azraphel's answer basically answered your question his reply isnt "nonsense" its exactly what your friend needs to do.
