My account gone?

Hello ,
I've tried to find contacting method such admin e-mail or something but i didn't find any so i deiced to post my problem here .

My problem simply that i was playing on Gamezaion years ago and stopped playing for long time before 2.XX patch , now when i try to get my account back it wont recognize my e-mail or user ...
hope you can find solution for my problem
fortunately i have a screen-shot for my characters
hope by their names you can get my account information back to me
i know screen-shot isn't a proof of owning account but i can tell you what my characters are wearing as proof and you will see the account as inactive for very long time

BTW : screenshot taken while i was trying to run patch 2.0 on the gamezaion and its just login , inside the game it was so buggy you can't do anything , i was trying to have it and left it like that..

From what I've know all the account which are inactive for a certain period of time are being automatically deleted and there is a very small chance to get anything back but .. maybe u will be lucky, good luck.

Hope they can back it for me , i've putted big efforts on it =(

 

Unfortunately if your account was pruned due to inactivity (Benchmark was about 6-7 months) it cannot be restored.

We have deleted all traces of these old accounts/characters.
