gms help me... (Items Unreceived)

a pleasant day!!! gms please help my..i used my 10k credits to buy ABG set...the purchase was successfull... but i have not received any items on my account even though i have free 20 slots in my inventory....help me gms... I voted it for a year...but now its gone!!! huhuhuhuhuhuhuhu

i waited for it an hour ago... :sad: im so sad today!!! i voted for a year but it was lost for an hour,,

 

..relog and relog and relog and put ss about the thing you bought.!!!!!!!!!

 

did you receive a survey message in-game?
if so, your items are most likely attached to those survey message's

 

check your other characters also check the site make sure you didnt send it to "None"
items might still come in surveys as well so check if you have any surveys

 

no i did not received any...it really confuses me because the purchase was SUCCESSFUL but I have not received the items...

 

..yep mayb ...or post ss of your account in Web..and you can see the items there if you really bought it..!!!
