My characters were GONE!!! can u help me!

    DEar GM,

    i have 4 lvl 55 characters wid nice full set of armors and weapon and abg accesoriess. gladiator IGN shanita, Archer IGN kimitchy, chanter IGN kimchy and Assasin IGN krusnik.. i last login about a week ago and they were still there and complete.. but when i login today the only thing left is my assasin without armors and weapon and accessories. and the other 3 characters were gone.. hope u can help me thanks GM..

    ..put ss about it so we can see that you really have character..and items if you have the past SS..it is impossible unless deleted.!!

    you should put an SS of ur Characters and its items before it was gone... and an SS of your account current situation...
    GM`s wont do anything unless you put proofs such SS and oh Words wont do anything for you hun :3

    Upload using our dedicated photosharing website rcupload.com and copy link to image. Click the Image icon on the top of the white board/text area and paste the link. Remember to un-tick the choice below the textbox then press OK. It'll display the image after that.

    im in the right server
    they are gone but my assassin left
    its not hacked bcause i just login it a week ago then there was there
    when i login again sept 15 they were gone
    im just playing at home so why would it be hacked

    thanks for the reply but pls can u help me back my characters pls

    same situation here .... :-(
    lost my today my Full ABG leather set and ABG acces :-(
    and all other chars on same account are naked now :-(
    i have scrrenshot if you like ....... :-(

    how can that be
    because i have 4 accounts all in all but the two were ok
    i dont understand why my characters were deleted
    the last thing i know is when i updated my aion i played for one day then the next day they were gone
    and i dont have enough SS of the items i have because i dont expect this to happen
    but i have some SS attached
    hope that GM can resolved to this
