How to fix the server problem.

Okay, so basically what i was going to say is. I believe the problem you guys are having is network programming. Your network isn't programmed to handle all the traffic that comes in and out. Either that or your hardware is horrible. IDk its hard to explain, but if you've taking an ounce of Game Programming then you'll know what i mean. Another possibility is that you have way to many people joining each day, and not enough serves to keep up with it. That one i doubt.

Anyway, I really hope you figure this out. I've admin-ed and GMed on busier Private servers that didn't have this much of a problem. Really if your running 1 server the problem starts to show up around a few thousand people logged in at once. Maybe, Optimize around peak hours which seems to be late at name, early morning for US at least.

I really wish I could see the Crash Log, I may actually be able to help at that point.

Off topic though: I think im finally getting the hang of this game, figuring it out. Lol now that im lvl 40. Finally got ahold of some good Late game gear and the server crashes about 5 mins later. Who thinks I'll be back to noob items? I mean after all, getting ahold of a full set is kinda hard it was Some A plate set.

 

Bro, the problem could have been solved if the server was on automatic restart or if Carl had given access rights to someone who lives in Europe..& would be awake at crash times. These crashes always happen around 2:30 am pacific time & this server has two peak times not just one.one for usa & one for european time..lol
