Bugged Quests

Alrighty.. I've been playing this server for a few days now and I can say that I'm a bit disappointed by a few things but here, I will only mention the quests on Elyos' side.
What's wrong with them? Campaign Quests = Bugged and I will only mention two here:

Masked Loiterers (Or something similar x.X )
Explore Shipwreck

None of those two work and, mind you, if you don't complete all the quests, you can't move on to the final one (You know, the one shown as "?????")

So, yes, I want an answer, pretty much.
And if I see answers such as: Lol, you can wtfpwn mobsz and gain EXP and lvl up, I will tell you beforehand not to say something like that.

Has it ever occurred to you that there might be some players out there who are interested in the quest lines and not running around, waving their weapons and killing creatures?

Right.. now, it haz!

 

Some quests do not work. Simple as that. But a lot more of them do.

Now I know explore shipwreck works.
Done the quest myself first time playing.

 

Nope, doesn't work for me, trust me. I just walked around the whole place.. entered the room.. even got ganked by the captain and his crew! D:
Nothing happened!
