Sorc or Sm

Alright i have some sets as in
APP Cloth Set+15 6 slots Macc+14
Masta Cloth Set+15 6 slots Mr+14

and weapons are
APP Tome+15 6 slots Macc+14
Masta Tome+15 6 slots Mr+14

thinking about fusing tomes but idk which would be better as main weapon

So here comes my question
Which is better for my sets
Sorcerer or Spiritmaster

 

Sets are not a distinguishing factor at allllllllllll....


The classes are so very different it depends on your playstyle.

No matter what set you have... no matter what set you have (emphasis of hell).... playstyle will be what determines which of the two you should play.

 

lol aiight well how should i do my tomes should i fuse masta to app or app to masta and which survives more yet does some good dmg i mean i like having pet but they seem to die too easily now

 

Pet really does die far too fast o.o.


I'll tell you what sets I have atm:

-MR set.

-MA set.

-MB set.


For MA set I have tome so I can maximize my Magic Accuracy.

For MR set I can swap between using my tome with MR stones (but leaves my MA behind) or my tome with MA stones (leaves my MA at a decent amount to hit people still with.)

For MB set I can use a variety of things like using a orb slotted fully with mboost (maximum mboost gain) and using it with my MA set (huge MA still with very large MBoost), or my MR set (Huge MR with huge MBoost as well).

I also have a full Mboost set which allows me to tick my dots easily for over 1k damage.... and I can take down a player in less than 5 seconds really. :x


Thats what I did for gear.


However one thing remains constant for the weapon fusions: ABG first. Because (1) ABG has higher resale value (2) ABG stats are better than masta now I thought... primarily focusing and honing in on Macc (3) if there are any bonuses on masta they are purely lucrative.


HOWEVER I suggest you dearly if you are a SM to look at ABG + padma/sema/yammenes fusions!

padma/sema/yam gives +19% attack speed... which can stack with yout +20% cast speed.


Combine that with Greater courage/awakening scrolls? I feel retardedly fluid and fast!


But don't go spreading this around too much =p

I'd say Sorc. Why? Because SM's are much more annoying, and I'd rather there not be anymore Sm's running around fearing me >> :3
Sorcs.. Tactical retreat ~ Sleep ~ Shadowburst.

 

Sorcerer=Glacial, Flame Spray, Inferno = Dead
SpiritMaster = Fear, cyclone of wrath, infernal pain = dead

i guess, depends ur playstyle, coz are differents sm and sorcerer.
Sorcerer are HIGH DMG<<<
SpiritMaster are Medium Dmg, but ur CC is very good coz fear, and ur DoT's are very good too... SO... idk aushuashas

Well i myself love high dmg but good def as well lol so i dont die easily and whats this about Stone Skin

I'm going ABG with a Yamma fused into it for MA and a Yamma with ABG fused into it for MB so I can use Macro's easier. Mastarius and the equivelants are PvE tomes.


Anyway, I think three sets is overkill. ABG with MR/MA and APP with MB/HP and you're good to go. Btw Aegis, If you are on Lumiel, wanna set up a duel? I wanna see if your walk is as big as your talk ^^

Get E50 or even besh gear. Socket MB/HP/MA and you should be fine if you play well. People who need ABG to kill people are just bad players who rely on gear. If you are rolling sorc, first thing you must do is learn your class. I'm talking multiple rotations for every single class. You can't just spam damage and expect to be successful against good players. If you are Asmo on Lumiel whisper me in game some time and I can talk you through the basics of Sorc PvP.

 

both classes have Stone Skin its basically a small shield cant remember exactly how much it blocks off but a fair amount of dmg

 

I'd honestly love to be on lumiel o.o; spiritmasters are about the only class that don't truly benifit from a full-stigma-system.

I'd still be grabbing cyclone of wrath, infernal pain route and peppering on a little bit of others. The pet line is only good if I like to be lol-rofl-wut

 

You can use them for both classes. I'd go for sorcerer becouse of the Wintry Armor stigmas.

 

you would be surprise that it's not really a small shield.

like aegis said, two classes are too different to be determined by gears that you have. you need to know your playstyle which would you best fit.

 

correction atm is: Sm = fear -> fall of map = dead
but only bad SM spamming fear tho. unfortunately 95% of SM r like that
