Need help can`t log in

Hi y need help bcz when i select the server he block there and nothing work y try to w8 like 30 min bcz i think cuz is me network problem but i call on the company and network is ok like 7,5 mbs y installed aion 3 time on North America y block my windows firewall and y don`t use eany anti-virus then i don`t

 

I also have this problem help someone

 

Go to Start>My Computer> C:\Program Files\NCSoft\Aion and search for the Version.ini
Tell me , what's version does it say?
If you have fully updated your client (Or if you just downloaded it) then your client has the 2.6 Version.
This server only supports the 2.5 version for now , but tomorrow (21th of August) we will update to 2.6.

If your client is 2.6 , there are two things you can do.
1) Downgrade to 2.5 by following this guide.
2) Wait a day and play tomorrow instead of downloading all that stuff then updating again , it's boring. (I suggest you wait for tomorrow's update , you can stay here in the forum with us and have fun until the update is applied. Once it is , it will be announced)

Now if it's NOT the Client's version , then you should tell me what message you get when you try to enter the game. (e.g. No Game Server is Available to the Authorization Server. In this case you would need to download the www.gamezaion.com/GamezAION.rar file and extract it , then place the .bat file in the same location of the gamezaion launcher and launch the game through it. C:\Program Files\NCSoft\Aion)
