missing kinah/problem collecting kinah from broker

so as you see on screenshot, i sold something at broker but when i look in "sold items" to collect my kinah there's nothing there :andy:

so can anyone help me out with this? 60m isnt small money for meh :sideways:

 

i had that too... but i was seen that i had 100mil kinah for sold items on broker.. but i saw it on lumiel whit my noob sin, even thou i sold items on siel..

 

wtf so how ot get that kinah? or i can forget about it?

Edit: i'm not playing on lumiel, only on siel and only on 1 account.

 

check if you have sold items on other server..

 

i said in my edit i only play on siel and only with 1 account, i checked all my character's but no kinah anywhere...

 

1 question.. you had something what you even sold in broker? or are that only visual bug.
+60mil is like nothing on siel.. its like 1x elder eq's price.. xD or 10 scrolls etc.. xD

Omg you kidding me? i lost 860 mil i was happy because i sold my stuff after a whyle, everything freezed, and everyone spammed the l3 channel and said server is down .. so i logged off. some hours later i logged on and looked at my inventory i had 700mil - and should have had 1.560 mil so i thought after the take down of server that items should still be at broker, so i went to broker and pressed sold items - but there was nothing there how do i get my money back planning of buying some abg stuff but takes me a lot of time if it will be like this
