Then suffer the consequences and don't cry to the GMs. Whatever happens is at your own risk.

 

Also becarefull if you are doing an instance with alot of people form the same legion, they also tend to ninja. And stay away from party leaders who cant speak proper English.

 

or try to do instance with ppl you really know. or like what Petro said, group up with ppl who have gears. good gears
