    Guys, i went to NCsoft i clicked to update Aion.. After that, i clicked to GamezerAion Launcher then i put my username and pass and then the image freezes.. My chars don't apear.. What is happening?

    I don't think the server has even been updated to 2.6 yet. I think it is still being worked on.

    The Siel/Lumiel server shards have yet to be updated which is causing your error, as explained in the announcement thread we will be updating these realms sometime today once we feel comfortable in doing so.

    If you've already updated you can either try to downgrade or just wait it out =) Waiting is less likely to cause you bugs/significant issues.

    By U.S. time it's about 1pm right now which is generally what we operate off as it's the most common denominator in our community.

    Crystal was updated first to allow us to do some live environment testing which has resulted in a few tweaks/fixes being worked on now before we release to Siel/Lumiel.

    Our goal is to update with the highest standard of quality possible and we are quite happy to deal with a few forum trolls in the process. The realms will be updated when we are happy with the update sometime today, not prior.

    Anything else would be a complete disservice to our users.
