    Hello, i'm a new player and i bought a Archon Brigade Generals Spear. I logged in the game, received my polearm and everything was fine for 3 minutes until the server shutdown for update.
    I updated to 2.6 and when i logged in back my char was using his old greatsword and my polearm gone.

    I'm not VIP or Premium so i can't trade this type of item... and i don't have any SS with my character using the polearm, because like i said everything was fine until the server shutdown, so i have only my history shop and payments proof.
    So.. What i need to do? How i can contact a GM/Adm?
    Ps: Sorry about my english :S

    edit1: I bought this polearms some minutes before the 2.6 update, when updated, my polearm wasn't there anymore.

    You can see that i had bought another ABG Spear by the second time, but i still want my first one, i will not waste money for nothing.

    edit5: I had left a reply in the thread [Missing Items] Bought From Item Shop, waiting for any answer. I am sending private messages to ADMs too... but i think you know the result. :S

    With no screen or history it's going to be "hard" to prove you had this item.
    This sounds kind of weird, but If it's a bug a guess some other people may have the same problem as you.

    Lets wait and see.

    There is a way to contact the Gm/ADM?
    He can check my shop history and what i had done in the game.
    I just bought the polearm, logged in and ekiped. In the same time the server shutdown. I updated to 2.6, logged in and my old greatsword was equiped again and my polearm disapeared.

    please read. go to gamez website>add items>select your char> history tab (near the character/account name)

    I'm almost with no hope.. I didn't see any GM/Adm answer my thread so i think they will continue to ignore me
