Big problem

Hi. I'm new on your server and I have already a problem. In this morning I finally finish to install the game with your launcher, make an account and I was ready to play. In game, I reach level 2 and then it said "You have been disconnected from the server". Ok, no problem. I tried to re-enter but "You are already loggin in".

Ok, reboot the computer and tried again. Same thing. I maked another account and it works. But, after i selected the server, the game has frozen.

I repaired the game two times and nothing.

After that, I saw on this site that i need north america selected as region. I checked and it was, but ncsoft said that i have aion(europe) and i have another aion who is not installed. I installed the other aion and I'm still "already loggin in"
