Need GM help please!

I was in BT when the server was shuted down last night for 2.6. Now when i try to log in ,i put my account/pasword>confirm and then the servers list wont show up. I tried anything on the forums but nothing seems to be helping. What else could i do.. is there anyone else in my situation? First time i try to log in sais im already conected and then that screen freeze (not quite freeze the background its moving)
So i'm kindly asking a GM to move my character on any map, that maybe will help (site sais location of my character uknown). name Intimate (asmodian) server Siel
