i find it harder for other Godstones with lower than 10% chance to process successfully.

i've had the 6% stun gs on main hand and 10%blind on off hand and it's processing like 1'ce every 10 procs of the 10% godstone.

it's either the godstone with 10% chance to procs has a wrong computation or others had lower than expected.

but i think the 10% chance is a bit off in computation.
