Cube problems ?

    I noticed that my assasin have " Cube 3 and second rows open " I rmb that i did the 100 slot cube quest to make it into that. Then now I noticed my ranger only have " Cube 2 and second rows open " I try to expand it in panda WH or Broker there and it said " Can't expand any further " The 100 slot quest only open the Cube 3 second rows and not more, am i right? Please help i need more slots on my ranger.
