I'm not really aware about what it takes to run the 64bit client but is this run-able on gamez?

Nope. You need the d3d8thk.dll file which is unavailable for 64bit.

Why dont u just try it? Rename you "bin32" folder to "bin32asdf" or smth like that and the game will automatically run with the bin64 folder, so if it doesnt work use the bin32 folder again.

Doesn't matter, you were still running the 32 application. The launcher is for 32 bits itself and launches the 32 version. There was a .bat file to launch the game using x64, but it wouldn't connect, I tried it.

Of course you need a 64bit Operating System, but we are talking about the use of 64bit client. If you look into your <AionInstallPath>/data you will notice bin32 and bin64 folders.

For testing, you can rename your current bin32 folder (for example to bin32_real) and then rename also your bin64 folder to bin32, and launch the game. This way you will be launching 64bit client.

With the 2.5 i managed to connect and pass the login server, but then i cant select a server and/or select characters.

I will try it today and leave feedback.
