Shield Bug

Ok so I have noticed I am taking alot more Damage on my Templar and CLeric since the 2.6 Update and I finally found what it is. Not getting and damage reduction from wearing the shield like we are supost to. My Shield is abg so it says pvd def 5.5 percent witch works perfectly. It also says Damage reduction by 50(20)%, witch is not wroking. Here are the screen shots to show this.

Here is The person auto swinging me a few times witohut the shield.



Here is the same person, with the same gear, and same buffs hitting me with the Shield, notice the damage is slightly less because if the 5.5 percent, not the 70 percent.

the reduction of the shield is cause of the PVP defense shield has... its abg so = 5.5% less.

70% doesn't apply at all.

 

it applies to physical attack, i know only the 5.5 % is working. Before the udate the 70 percent was working also

 

The 70% applies to blocked attacks only.

 

I was told by a GM that block is a chance for the attack to miss entirely.. soo not so sure what you are saying here

 

The GM obviously had no idea of the game mechanics.

 

thats funny, because shown in this SS I take 0 damage from blocked attacks.... are you sure you know anything about the game mechanics?
