Forum Event Ideas.

I know posted a thread about this but apparently I didn't get the answers or hosted the event that you all liked ...

So I am going to ask you again.. What event's would you like to see me do?

Currently am trying to think of an event to last 6wks but shorter event length's are fine as well..

Come on guys! All she is asking for is some ideas for events she wants to do for you players since you guys complained about her last one. She would like you have your guys ideas/suggestions

 

Event Name:Battlegrounds
How long will this event last?: untill you cant pvp or summon any more
Brief Description/Rules:Fight to your hearts content
Suggested Prizes: Scrolls/food/something thats usefull in pvp.



Make it like a wow battleground make 2v2's 3v3's and i'd suggest some sort of ranking system.

You could Also do 1v1's that was the event i was gonna start doing daily

It was supposed to be the event hat i was gonna start hosting if i became a gm but this it taking to long

lol - Nice events but mainly forums events. I can't always get in game... I'll tell nymphie about this one though. xD

 

Event Name: paint experts

How long will this event last?: 2 weeks or so

Brief Description/Rules: you take a famous person and then you try to draw him or her with paint, allowing only your paint skills and must not be from someone else or so.. you have to take atleast 2 pictures during your progress

Suggested Prizes: custom title perhaps? or any cool ingame food or potions

Thanks for the idea - that would be fun considering you'd need a steady hand with this one.

Event Name: Gamez Fan Art Contest

How long will this event last?: 2-3 weeks

Rules: The theme would be "Gamez". You could do the fan art with your Paint skills,drawing skills, sketch? idk its up on your own style of creating the fan art. Must have at least 4 pictures of the fan art progressively made. And Lastly you should take a picture of you holding the finished fan art.

Suggested Prizes: I really dont know

Event name: No idea, really

How long will this event last: 4 weeks.

Description: The event would be split into 3 phases, each phase would last a week.
1st phase - Write a riddle about an item that may be somewhat difficult to get in-game (but obtainable by anyone) like a rare material for crafting that drops off of mobs but maybe isn't a high drop rate.

2nd phase - People that get the riddle correct will be PMed by the event host telling them that they are correct and they now have to go find the item ingame and acquire it. Then they must take a screenshot of it in their inventory and KEEP IT. They send a screenshot back to the event hosting GM/Moderator in a PM.

3rd phase - On the final week, the event host will PM people who got the item and send them all a screenshot of an area where a GM is. The player must find the EXACT area and view that was taken by a GM and a take a screenshot of themselves in that location.

On the 4th week once the 3rd phase is over, the event host will check who got the screenshot correct. They must still have the item they had to get or they will not be eligible to win, if they had it once but decided to trash it, too bad for them.

Players also have to have gotten PMed by the event host in each phase, if they don't have a PM they will be considered as having skipped a phase by getting help from friends and it will not count.

Rules: Already mentioned, players cant get help from friends, have to have PM from each phase and keep the item from the 2nd phase until the end.


Prize: Random aesthetic items (ie: suits/outfits, event weapons, possibly wings, etc.)

What about a Trivia with General Knowledge questions every Sunday? You post a question, first reply wins, then you reply with another one and so on.

 

I've done that but then I have to deal with cheaters who decide to use google...

Event Name: Signature Theme Event

How long will this event last?: 4 weeks

Brief Description/Rules: Basically, is signature design-making contest. Put your creative juices to work!
Each week there are different themes(up to staff to announce) and submission of entries by end of each week(e.g. Saturday). It's up to staff to judge and also, the winners anounced at the end.

Suggested Prizes: there's a 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize(iems in shop, up to staff to decide value of each)

well just an idea, you can improve on the mechanics/rules
