    Tac on top and ABG at bottom but wait until conditioning works to actually fuse Tac will be the best PvE weapon then

    difference is too slim to differ.
    as long as u got abg access set *pvp dmg % , weap dmg % and title % (optional) + ALL stigma. ull pawn!
