Got no items from survey at lvl 55

    When I reached lvl 55 today, I got this survey with a few items; I think 10 platinum medals and 3/4 crowns or something.
    When I click accept, it says that I don't have enough room in my inventory.
    That was correct, but then it automaticaly closed the survey and now I can't get those items back.
    Is there a way to get these items (back) or are they gone forever?

    lol... when you re-log it will pop back again.. no need to panic. just relog and empty some spaces for it.
