Should scroll cooldown be taken away? yes or no :o?

Let me hear your opinion on both of the questions bellow.



1-) Would you like to have the cool down to reuse scrolls taken away?
-Yes, It would make this private server more interesting and a tad bit more enjoyable to go and pvp with.



2-) Why do you think taking the cool down off scrolls be a bad idea?
-I cant think of answer myself, i'd only spect ppl saying NOOB SCROLL NOOB etc etc >_> waiting 2-3mins to fully buff myself is quite annoying =x..

I said yes, but, a moment later wanted to switch to no. Why?

Spiritmasters have buff dispels. In PvP it's quite useful to dispel someone's scrolls, so in the end, when he engages in fight, he wouldn't have all of them. In other words, if I waddle around and do a crit spell scroll, if a spiritmaster pops and removes my running, I will have to move slowly until I use it too. What's the point of this if I can instanly use my running scroll?

what about damage absorvition scroll? im sure that all nabs would use ti like 5x each fight

 

It's excluded, I think so. We speak of the 15sec-cd ones.

 

by the time i finish buffing up =x my scrolls are already 2 mins into the the fight >.<

 

I voted yes, but I'd reduce it to 5 secs.

Aren't you the glad that uses a sword and shield and kites backwards in duels?
We should up the time to 25 secs per scroll if you're using defensive scrolls. :O

 

I'd rather see Asmo's commit suicide than to see them scroll away alive.

Well shock scrolls are a part of the game, people just want to change the game it seems.

 

Because Spamming Antishock scrolls for Godmode is not a broken idea. Right?

 

Hmm, I'm not going to vote for either at this rate. I was going to vote yes, but then some people have some valid points, like spamming Antishock scrolls/etc.

 

Totally remove cool down? Nu uh, reducing them? that'd be cool o.o

For the basics scrolls: running, courage, awakening, raging wind I wanna say yes =/

About SM's well lol srzly they can debuff a hell of a lot more important buffs than just scrolls, it's too horrific if scrolls get reduced cool downs.

 

Removing cooldown? Eh scrolls arent that big of a deal imo, but if there were to be any changes to scrolls i'd say extend scroll length from 5m to 10m. ^_^

 

yeah 15 sec is way too long for normal scrolls u have to keep poping scrolls every 15 sec none stop for hours i say either reduce the cd of them or increase the time to 15 mins and leave it with 15 sec for those worry about sm removing and stuff ; i never had a problem with this btw sm remove em i inmediatly know i gotta pop a runing scroll. ps i was gonna make a thread like this but i was too lazy u got ahead of me lolz gtz

That is actually a way better idea, cooldown on scrolls is not something that's that bad plus the whole SM debuffing thing, it would make debuffing peoples' scrolls useless, just doing damage instead of making them take time to recast the scrolls. It's a no from me to make them no CD, but Teddie's idea is good imo.
