Should scroll cooldown be taken away? yes or no :o?

changing the CD For certain scrolls is possible >_> changing the duration of the buff itself cannot happen since the way the scroll works its just that the scroll itself is an item with a cooldown the item has a use command and that use command uses a spell and in this instance is a speed buff or w/e,

I never said change the cooldown of all scrolls

But changing the cooldown of

Fine water/earth/wind/fire proof scrolls

And Major strike/spell resist scrolls

Attack/cast speed and the Crit/spell crit scrolls would be rather helpfull


If you got all of these scrolls its a 15 sec cooldown and lets see the count

so it should be about 9 Scrolls X 15 secs for the cooldown Adding on an about 1-2 secs= about 2:20-2:40m making it a giant bloody waste >_>

But as always theres trolls here...


And aegis in legion char your ideas were a hell of allot different.

During vanilla wow the duration of buffs was 5min so that means if you were a healer/buffer you'd waste most of your mana tracking buffs and whatnot than it got changed to 15 min and later onto 30 mins.

Just for that. Is really annoying waiting for the full scrolls...

But, on the other hand, I think is a little unfair.. Why?

By the same Razor's reason -> " Spiritmasters have buff dispels. In PvP it's quite useful to dispel someone's scrolls, so in the end, when he engages in fight, he wouldn't have all of them. In other words, if I waddle around and do a crit spell scroll, if a spiritmaster pops and removes my running, I will have to move slowly until I use it too. What's the point of this if I can instanly use my running scroll? "

Anyways, I'm Gladiator, so I vote YES.

 

Today it's scroll cooldown, tomorrow it's potion cooldown, day after it's skill cooldown.
You have to look at the bigger picture.
Unless of course it's the obvious server bugs.

 

No one ever said anything about potion cooldown, And sir... this is a bloody private server where every one runs around in +15 gear, retail is not like this you'd rarely find ppl this well geared.


And theres games like MU online where you can put 5 HP pots next to one another and spam click them by pressing Q W E R T and you can still be killed by a Blade knight.

 

I don't wanna kill someone and they self rez fully scrolled again.

Just fyi... They do have 10 min scrolls... Through the crucible, however you have to change it server side i believe so they can be used outside of the instance.

I would only increase the duration of scrolls from 5 min's to lets say " 10 min's or even 20 min's" .

Its so annoying to activate every single scroll after 5 min's

Reason : will unbalance the game play.

 

I don't care about the cd it's not hard to make a macro for it but for gods sakes can we raise the duration from 5 to 30 mins having to refresh them so often is more annoying than crafting them...

 

well.. no because as someone mentioned the sm debuffing thing and when u kill somebody,they use a res stone and he's full of scrolls again.running, atack/cast speed crit strike/strike resist are enough to pvp lol. and increasing the duration of scrolls-also no bcoz it will affect the scroll trade "business"

 

I think NCSoft is ridiculous, u have 5 min buff, and for u buff full u need 3 min, this is really ridiculous

And remember: WIPE F*CKING MANASTONE, some player have full MA/MR and more in only1 set

 

Dude i've respawned used a crit buff buffed myself and killed the bloody sorcs that shadowbursted me about 6 times today >_>

If you are that noobish to get killed by some dude that just came back from the grave, you deserve it.

I'm all for increasing scroll duration.
Not reducing cooldowns.
Scroll CD is Global. You probably won't be able to just reduce certain scroll CD.

 

What "business " you talk about ? I am playing on games more then a year and i never buy any scroll from anyone. If by selling scrolls you think you can get kinah then something wrong here I am sure you selling the wrong items .

I vote for Increasing the duration.. it can't hurt anyone and deffently not the "business " you mentioned here
