    hi guys,..i've been a member of the community since last year and had to stop playing for a while..i'm trying to connect to my account however i am unable to login to it anymore..i see that my email is still used however i am unable to locate my account..forgot the username and forgot my password..would someone still be able to help me recover my account? kindly advise please..thank you..

    accounts that have been inactive for 7 months or so are usually deleted. refer to the forum section 'login issues' on this
    check if you cannot also login to your web account

    I'm a new player here and can't seem to login to the game with the username and password I registered on the gamezaion website.

    I have installed the game with the ncsoft installer, I downloaded and installed the gamezaion launcher and am running the game with that.

    Any suggestions? Did I miss a step somewhere?

    when was the last time you were able to login and play? did you update to 2.6 already?

    also, check the email that you should have received after account registration. it should say what your account name is and maybe that will help you remember your password as well
