    Because being Blinded or Silenced for 10 seconds every 1 out of 10 attacks (Potentially 1 out of 5 attacks on Dual Wield) is shit.

    Those are just numbers, in game (actual combat) I have seen them proc 3 times in a row in 1v1(not dual wield).

    i main a cleric and i had like 4-5 glads on me and i still didnt die lol

    i was healing myself and Terrorized was heaking me to so our temp killed them 1 by1 loool

    Just get more then lol, zerging always gets the job done. It's multi-purpose for all pvp situations.

    Guys you should use aiondatabase there you find correct stats of wings of circle. Wings on gamez are buged on retail dont exist this wings. Gamez team want destroy game. This wings make players so OP. Its happend if ppl dont play in game and they dont know how not balanced game is in gamez. On ratail this wings dont have condition.
