Missing Items Bought Form Items Shop... one help

Is there any GM reading that section of the forum?

I ask that 'cause I see no help to any of the players that are asking for help (including me).

I hope some GM read and try to do something to change that situation because almost all the people there are posting their different proofs that GM are ask for to get a solution for their problem as I did too..

yea, it'll really test your patience. they really need to dedicate someone checking that section, right now i think it's only carl.
you'll have better luck by sending a pm to either carl or lautaro. that's how i got mine resolved.

We have a 2 threads or more about Missing items, but they are really dead. so You gotta contact either a Senior AM or Alente.

I sent a PM to Carl and to Alente at 08-25-2011 cause I saw no answer from anybody else.. But I didn't do it before because we know they are really busy with all the different server's issues, and I didn't wanted to bother them.

I posted my problem at 08-23-2011, and since then I saw no answer there...

I really hope someone can help because my char is almost in nude

That thread has 18 pages of people wanting items back when there's only a couple staff members that are able to help you, plus the fact that they have to examine each post carefully to make sure those people arent just trying to get free items and really lost what they claim.

Is a great idea Teddie but if Carl (the maximun GM here) or Alente (it seems he or she is the second one), and they are not answering for the moment.. Who else can I send a PM that really helps? Remember not all the GMs/AMs have the power to do certain things here or into the game. That's my question because I feel I don't want to bother someone who have nothing to do to help.

I think I'll keep the faith someone can help me and to the others who need it too

Until now no response... Not a hope... No help at all...

I think I'm starting to lose my faith in anyone can or want to help. Maybe GMs are too busy to help.
