    Either you are using an armor with a missing skin like certain armors, or using a 1.9 armor which requires you to update to the current items pak. I don't know where the current best one is located since no one decided to sticky it, but just look around and try a bunch of them out since a few have things missing and stuff (remodel, soulbound, etc.)
