you need to log in website and make a player unstuck request and what's with all that writing

 

i already sent a request to make my player unstuck even though its not even stucked. XD
i nid help sir when after i logged my accnt ingame after that it just like it doesnt load anymore

If you play on siel, i did unstucked all the accounts that made a request, after a server restart try logging in

and yes sir i have a char. on siel its lvl 55 sorcerer IGN: Rensilu

i stopped like for 7 months playing this server coz i of my study
now that i want to play again i cant log in my char. T_T

2.6 sir i just DL'ed it from ncsoft y sir?

You can update to 2.6 with the NCsoft launcher.

 

Or just redownloading it works too o.o

 

Use your ncsoft launcher and update your client to 2.6, then you're good to play on Gamez.

Open your NcSoft Launcher and update the game to version 2.6. We are currently using that version on all the servers. 2.5 will no longer work on the servers.

 

I had this problem before
did you play on other server? if so you might have mixed up both the previous server's and gamez' files on same aion folder
