items missing from unstuck

my alt char where i keep items unused and consumables was unstuck from having too many mails.. but the problem is that when i got into the game. all those mats crafts items and some abg access where gone from the mail. i check on my site account and the items are shown on view player inventory. i want to have back my items and doesnt know who to call...can i stil get my items back? its very sad to hear when all your effort are put to waste... thanks..

First thing only give out your username to Gamez staff members via pm or live chat if requested by them. When you post your username like that it makes it easier for people to gain access to your account. Secondly did you take any screenies of your abg purchases, or mailing them/other items? If you did that would help you a lot in getting your items back. If not it may be possible for an admin or carl to see if the abg was purchased with money, points if so it may be possible for you to at least get what you purchased with points/money. If they were purchased in game from another player and didn't take screenies there likely no chance of getting them back.

So First question is how did you purchase the abg?
Second question would be do you have any proof of any kind? (if so post them here. You can upload through imageshack.)

After answering those questions we will be able to further assist you.
