Chain of Suffering Bug?

Is the specific skill bugged? In my cleric in Siel , named Takani , i can't even use it. Could someone tell if he has the same prob??????

 

Are you trying to use it on mobs?

 

Hmmm, a cleric tried to use that on me, first damage landed but no effect.

 

I've tried both on mobs and on pvp and in the pvp i wasn't silenced so is it bugged?

its not bug its working but no effect in pure mr and also w/ stone skin if u dont damage him

 

Yeah but i've also tried it on mobs and no skil.....It sims like i can't press it...not with keyboard nor with mouse

 

Can't be used on mobs and if the skill doesn't break a shield then it won't stick either.

Last time I used Chain of Suffering, it landed. When my opponent died, it sent ME back to the Obelisk instead.

 

This skill works I use it on my Cleric all the time.

 

i used the skill several times yesterday and it worked just fine

 

Then i guess it's just me.... -.- any ideas what could it be?

when i played with cleric i couldn't use that skill on mobs, only on players

 

I cannot use it neither, "Chain of suffering IV2 on Lumiel, i cant even press the button, so i think it is bugged, maybe to ppl thet added it after last update?

Only can be casted on players, but dealts 0 damage, and only does 1 attack

 

I think this skill is bugged somewhat. Sometimes it works in pvp and sometimes it wont go off at all. It's suppose to work on balaur as well since they are another race enemy and not a normal mob. At least that is the way was in retail unless they changed it.

 

For me, my cleric can use it on players but not mobs.
