Today we hunt down a Dragon in Balaurea, our alliance leader got a really good idea of how to distribute the items. First he looted all the items and call us all to teleport on a safe map. Then he call names of alliance members that can use an specific item. He said Spear then called Gladiator member's names and they rolled for it and one of them won, but then when he called member's names for Greatsword he still included Gladiator class and I was like "what? just because glads can equipped GS doesn't mean they would roll for other class MAIN weapon." Not to mention Spear can only be used by glads, means they are the only class needs to roll for it. And unfortunately a Glad got the Greatsword. Still we continued... Sword(he called temp & sin) Dagger(callled sin) Bow(he called ranger) Staff(he called chanter & cleric) Mace(he called cleric) then one of the templars ask if can they roll for mace, then the leader said that they can't since they already rolled for 2 items GS and sword. What he said makes me calmed down since I'm one of those cleric that needs the mace, but still think that they should also rolled for it since some of the templars use shield and mace. And we continue again with the Orb and Tome, then now the armors. One of the templars got the plate armor so I did whisper and typed "gratz" he replied twice first was "^_^" followed by "I'm a chain user".
I know our leader don't want it to hurt them and it was just a minor negligence. But I say he's idea was really good.

So now I'm making this "Revised" Suggestion in Item Distribution Rules(Dragons in Balaurea)

    Requirements:
    -A trustful VIP leader
    -Members with patience

Class and what item(s) they can roll for(each class is maxed to roll for 2 items if they didn't won on the first roll):

Assassin - Sword, Dagger (if one or two items did not drop they can roll for Leather part)

Chanter - Staff and Chain part

Cleric - Mace, -enmity Shield (if one or two items did not drop they can roll for Chain part)

Gladiator - Spear and Plate part

Ranger - Bow and Leather part

Sorcerer - Orb and Cloth part (I'm not really sure if Orb is what Sorc's main weapon)

Spiritmaster - Tome and Cloth part (I'm not really sure if Tome is what SM's main weapon)

Templar - Greatsword, +enmity Shield (if one or two items did not drop they can roll for Plate part)

    How to distribute:
    - the leader needs to loot all the items (needs to be VIP) and link it into chat
    - the leader should announce that all member should teleport on a safe map preferably sanctum/pandaemonium.
    - the leader will link an item and call the class and names of members that can roll for it.
    - the members which names are called should type /roll then press enter to roll.
    - once a highest number is showed the leader will announce it.
    - the leader will trade the item to the winner.
    - the member who won should leave the alliance.
*items should be distributed starting from weapons to armor parts.

Once a member won an item he/she is advised to leave the alliance for fair purpose.

If ever you need an item which is not for your class, you can either trade the item you got or next time you join the alliance make sure your playing the class that has the potential of obtaining such item.

*this suggestion is to make sure that a specific class gets its main weapon.
*this suggestion does not include game mechanics, site and forum mechanics which is my reason for not posting in suggestion section.
*this idea of item distribution is only a revised version of what I leared in-game.
*the blue text means I'm not really sure whether it does exsist or does a weapon fit a certain class.
*this suggestion can be edited in the future if there are sme flaws.

Feel free to express your ideas about my suggestion. My english might not be good but hope it's understandable. Thanks for your time. God Bless.

because it's irritating to see players who roll for all items which should be rolled in a fair way (to give each class a high chance on obtaining their main item) in a 3-4 group alliance who killed dragon/s in 3-4 hrs.

i know you try to be fair, is not either your or our fault, is ncsoft who made gladiators master of arms instead of making weapons for classes. here is not a problem, but when a glad wins a mace that should go to cleric in retail with that stupid korean drop rate then that hurts. accept it, it will always be this way

First I'm not picking on gladiators, I just make an example out of it. The one to blame are the greedy ones. Secondly distributing fairly is not that hard as long as your leader is a trustful and VIP, because he can loot all items and let specific class that are member of the alliance to roll for their main weapon and trade it to the one who won.
