    Yes , is 2.6 , it must be 2.5? And i tried to enter with both clients , NA and Europe , but same . . .

    go to your Aion folder and open "version" file.
    read there your current version and post here.

    i remember the first time i opened the client, it asked me for a server and i choosed lumiel, then i clicked on the server bar again to change it and the client blocked. and even now if i want to change server it still blocks but if i restart my client everything works again.

    try to repair your client, then re-download and reinstall your gamezaion launcher inside your AION folder, you can get the link on Welcome to Gamez Aion - Aion Private Server.
    make sure to run Gamezaion launcher to launch your client.

    My client is a new instalation, i can play in others server, but not here.

    bcs you cant just simply playing in our server without following the instructions to connect to this server. Welcome to Gamez Aion - Aion Private Server
    try that guide, if you got problems, you can tell us the details so we can help to figure it out~

    I could play before Siel became off but now I have the same problem as kabanya : when I click on "Select server" my game freezes.

    My installation is new, region North America, version 2.6.0.1, i downloaded the game launcher and install it on .../NcSoft/Aion, then i execute gameaion launcher, click on start game, enter name and pass, receive the error "You are allready logged in. (7)", ok, i retry entering the pass, accept the terms, and then the game freeze, i only can see the background.

    Kabanya, I really suggest you do what they say: uninstall Gamez Aion & NCSoft Launcher and redownload and install everything.
    Trust me, I had the same problem, I just installed Gamez Aion and it had the same problem as you, freezing at the screen before selecting server. I uninstalled everything and the second time it all worked fine. So you should give that a try. ^^
