    If youre asking if conditioning is available if tac is fused. Probably but no one has ever tried it actually, some may have fused it succesfully but conditioning is not yet working so who knows. But I guess it will only work when it is placed as the primary weapon.

    Yes conditioning is working on a fused Tac and an ABG, mine is Tac spear fused to ABG spear and I can conditioned it but I noticed that only the additional attack is not adding on the stats.
