Can't atk some kind of skill lag

After the update, im standing next to people and cannot atk them. Its on lag at that moment i had 35ms so i know Im not lagging.(others were also experiencing this) and we cannot skill for some reason. I can do some skills but not others when they're right next to me. Then its some bug that says "You are not yet ready to use this skill." Well obviously if i can click it, im ready to use it right? So i thought..I can't pvp like this im taking an hiatus until these 2 problems are fixed.

Me too, my skills're slow.

 

Yes is happen to me that. When i try to hit a mob my chars take some second to hit the first attack and i have to stay very close to the mob for hitting normally without skills. I think only happen with melee attack players and not ranged. Thanks if can fix that soon.
