Can't see servers when logging in

Sorry if this is in the wrong section but, I've updated my game several times, but when I sign in after playing retail I can't see the server list it just shows the backdrop and thats it i've waited on that screen for maybe 3 and a half hours too see if maybe it was lag or something but still nothing, the launcher tells me to update my game so I click that and it updates..I sign in nothing..So I update via NCsoft launcher..sign back in nothing..I repair the game still nothing the only way i've seemed to get it to work is if I completely uninstall the game and sign in which takes 4 hours.

Did I miss something or do I just have to keep re-installing? I've thought of everything and I still see no servers unless I uninstall and reinstall.

Did you tried to reinstall your Gamezaion Launcher?

 

if what harley said doesnt work

delete your bin 32/64 folders then repair also make sure your direct x is up to date

 

I have reinstalled the gamezaion launcher still doesn't work >.<

 

After doing this I now how to completely re-install the game as repair does not repair the now missing folders. Also "Please reinstall Gamezaion launcher to the correct path, aion.bin not found"
Looks like another 4 hours for me thanks!
