    How could Tac Breastplate better than ABG breastplate loL.. TAC set is good in templar because of "block" attributes in every parts of TAC. i will rate this 8.9/10 for TEMPLAR only

    just think of this what armor set wanted and needed by so many since beginning non other than abgies pvp is more important than pve bosses wont chase you till you die but players will thats what you call ap famine haha.
