Sir, one account per one ipaddress right?...but when i finish voting using my ip...i know that i will wait for another 12hours to vote my account ......i voted 7:am and the next time i will vote it will be 7m..but in that time when i was waiting for my time to vote...one of my players...try to vote thier account and they wer successful to vote their account.....i thought that they can not vote because i already voted....but they didnt use malware or other software...for hucking or something....why is it guys...is thier someting wrong with the website...

Nothing is wrong with the website.

You're allowed one set of votes, either PER account, or PER IP. This is to prevent multivoting, for massive amounts of credits on an account or multiple accounts.
