    hello

    my account has been banned from the in game, it says cannot connect to this ip. i dont see any reason why im banned and i dont see any message in my gamezaion account on ban system indicating that im banned. i wanna know why it happened and please can u take a favorable action on this matter..

    The only way that i have knowledge of having no information in your ban system is if
    1.you got banned for multi voting by the admin
    2.you were banned before the new ban system thus not showing your ban information
