    you guyz might have some account problems..not server problems
    try to repair your aion client or please report to a member of the gamez Staff(AM's SAM's HGM's etc)

    if you entered the cruciable instance and logged off in that instance...your account can be bugged...not character..whole account!
    and sure you will ask me wut i mean when i say bugged
    well
    bugged in cruciable instance when logoff in that instance = cant connect to the server(fail to connect etc) cant select character, cant connect whit the character..those things
