Can not open Frozen Box

Did you get it from an event?

If you happen to have found it as a drop then it will not work. As a matter of fact, most (and I mean almost all) event items which generate "prizes" when opened, do not work if found as a drop. Now it's quite possible that the Frozen Box is still not enabled. I'm not quite sure what the problems might be since I haven't gotten one.

My suggestion would be to submit it as a bug report.

We already know about the "bug" which is not a bug , and there are lots of threads about it. It is not working now , and i dont know if evilset is going to fix it or not since the swimsuits are(or were) on the credits store.
