[Failed Account Warehouse] MISSING ITEMS

Hello to The comunity and specially to the Staff of GN. i am a fresh user (like 2-3 weeks playing This server) right to the point, i am a litle Sad, so my problems is the following: i've ben searching on the net if is possible use the ware house to transfer items from an ely to an asmo (in my case), i figured out it is possible using the ACCOUNT WH. So, to be asured of this service, i tested first with an item (a common weapon, potions and some town scrolls), next step i delete the character (asmo) and created a new ely. - IT WORKED =). Once i saw test went succeed, i go to the real transfer, from ely to asmo (cuz i wanted to create an asmo gladi). my surprise is when i go to the ware house, i see no items in it so my question is: WHAT HAPPEND? DID I DO SOMETHING WRONG? (i doubt it) Where are the items? . any answer from GM or ADM would be nice, And thank you for reading this. The missing items are the following

-2k Stigma shards (Important =I)
-LVL 25 Descendant's Plate Set (with no boots)
-LVL 25Primitive Chaos
-2 Godstones (cant remember names so, this wouldn't be that important for me)
-100 srolls of: Greater Raging wind, Greater running and Greater Courage
-100kk Kinah. (This one hurted me)

PS: I didnt take screenshoots thrusting in the Test i did first.
Is every single item missing?? or why cant i see it into my ACC wh?

I have both Asmo/Elyos on my account and I can trade, maybe it deleted the items because you deleted the char but I'm sure I have done the same thing as you without any problems in the past. This could be a new 2.6 bug that needs to be looked into.

Looks a great feature indeed. In that case i have nothing to complain about, actualy, i hope my intention dont be misunderstood. Just ONE detail: Announce it, so one wont have ugly surprises in the future, like me. thank you 4 ur time and answering -TX-

 

Doesn't explain why I can still do it.
Edit: Haven't tried this since 2.6. Perhaps this applies if you have both Elyos and Asmo like I do.

 

Having 1 asmo, putting an item inside, deleting the asmo, making an ely and the item is still there?

 

Dude. If that so :s What the Heek is wrong with my transfer :s i just used the Account ware house. i did not use the CHARACTER WH.. i wanted to pass the items of my elyos to my asmo.. i dun get it. in game ppl has done it without any problems =|... - Back luck? JC! -TX-
