    My inggison quest is bugged. Cant teleport.
    Sibylle quest window show nothing. Please reset my quest or something. Thanks

    You don't need to do the quest you can buy the scrolls from the NPC next to the portal.

    There is a npc next to the portal to inggison that sells inggison teleport scrolls buy those u dont need to do the quest
