Items missing from warehouse...

So I first made elyos chars, then wanted to switch to asmo, so therefore I put all of my gear in the warehouse:
I looked on forums first just to check that it was all working okay... and it was by the looks of things.




Then I created my asmo, everything was there working fine, then I went to bed, turning off my PC, and I woke up today to find this:
As you can see here, the chars have the same name, so I had proof it was the same char and i was not trying to cheat items... So could anyone help me on this? D:

 

Also, I have more screenshots of everything that was in the acc storage, but i'll upload if prior to needing to upload them...

It was disabled recently to prevent transfers between sides, someone else had the same problem days ago. All your items were deleted and I doubt anything can be done about it. http://forum.gameznetwork.com/f107/[update]-21-08-2011-a-93408/

 

Well thats why i looked into it first, to make sure it was working, and like 10+/- people said it was still working for them, if I would have found any evidence to say it was bugged, i would have not done it, but people said it was working for them, therefore i went ahead and did it...

 

tough luck dude... i guess you need to start working for those items again...

 

You can trade between sides if you have both on your account and I haven't seen any posts of anyone saying it works if you delete and switch.

So he expects me to re-craft noble set? Yh okay, i guess thats me leaving aion then...

 

Still don't see any posts saying this can be done without having both races, not Admins fault you did it, lol
