    i dont think is PROC, because the message is " you are no longer silenced" or if are soul freeze is the same message.

    Maybe explain what your looking for or what your asking for before you just post some random screenshot, then maybe people wouldn't get confused. Usually when it says your silenced it means your silenced, if you want to know if it's the godstone or a skill then duel someone and find out >.>.
