[BIG BAD COMPLAINT] TO MY DEAR BELOVED GM's

Sorry for my last thread..I was just really pissed off. my server is siel. i wanted to report a bug ealier this morning. but there were an event so i waited till the event is done. then i whispered GM:are you busy?.. if not please come here, i want to show you something i think its a bug and it tured out to be a bug. i waited for him to reply.. but it seems like his ignoring me.. yes i know that GM's cannot respawn NPC's that was explained to me by GM Guardians but cant they just tell the ADMINS to respawn them?..i was really pissed off that i give my ABG items and all that's in my warehouse to some random PPL in the morhiem and told him to enjoy then i deleted my character's(toons). "when people are powerless the are easily manipulated" my last note...

that just a bit complicated to me to understand what he's attempting to say. The admin/HGM aren't always free to get in game at any time just for spawn some NPCs that maybe bugged spawn or simply get killed by the opposite faction. Instead of QQ and getting pissed off, a bug report will help to fix it.
And afaik, all missing NPCs are related to quests, according to all reports i've got in game. Some non-quest related NPCs missing because someone killed him/her. So it rly pissed off to the HGM/admin as well if in every single minute they have to log in, spawn NPC, log out.
